Orders
- When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details regarding the products, prices, billing address, and delivery address.
- If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately by emailing [email protected].
Delivery
- Decal kits: 2–3 weeks.
- Customized clothing: 3–4 weeks.
- If any delays in delivery occur (without prior notification from us regarding extended delivery time), please contact us at [email protected].
Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, typographical errors, or incorrect information, and we retain the right to correct the price.
Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.
- For customized products, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notice must be sent to [email protected]. Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return.
- You must return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
- You are responsible for return shipping, as well as the condition of the products during return. The products should therefore be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any decrease in value of the product if the item is used, damaged, or not returned in its original condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken by you.
Products that are sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
Specially manufactured products that have been custom-made or clearly personalized according to your wishes.
Services that have been fully performed where you expressly agreed that the service would begin without the right of withdrawal.
Goods that may deteriorate quickly, such as food items.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Returns & Complaints
- We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will correct the issue free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- A complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.1 How to proceed with a complaint:
- Any defects should always be reported to [email protected], including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
- If we cannot correct the issue or provide a replacement product, we will refund you in accordance with consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping cost for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it appears that the item is not defective under applicable consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability
- We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
- We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers, etc.
- Furthermore, we take no responsibility for changes in products or product properties made by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.
Product Information
- We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website and for products that may sell out.
- We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the product’s exact appearance, as color differences may occur depending on screen settings, photography, and resolution.
- We always strive to display products as accurately as possible.

To process your order and respond to customer service inquiries, we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
Your information is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it, such as fulfilling our agreement or complying with accounting laws.
When making a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement between us.
Marketing, promotions, and similar communications require your consent.

When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. Stored information includes first and last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose invoice payment, your personal ID number may also be stored.
The purpose is to process payments and prevent fraud.
Our payment provider is Klarna.
To deliver your order, we must share certain information with the shipping carrier, including your first and last name and delivery address. Your email address and/or phone number may also be shared for notifications.
Our shipping partners are PostNord and DHL Express.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider to keep you updated with marketing information and offers.

- We use the Swedish platform Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB in Helsingborg.

- We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
- The amended terms are considered accepted when an order is placed or when visiting the website.
Disputes and Applicable Law

For customers residing in another EU country, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. - In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
